The company utilizes its expertise in disciplines such as site work, excavation, foundations, concrete structures, steel erection, equipment installation, and architectural finishes, allowing our company to assume total project responsibility or successfully complete complex construction packages within a large commercial project to residential homes.

This form of construction is sometimes referred to as Bid / Build, where the general contractor bids on the project and if awarded, builds it.  This type of construction allows the owner to receive a guaranteed price for the project with a set limit of allowances.  This is the most common type of construction for commercial and residential projects and Eric W. Jones, Inc. is actively engaged in this form.

Jones, Inc. also offers services to owners acting as their own general contractor and other builders.  These services included sealed crawl spaces, foam insulation, insulated concrete forms, solar hot water panels, grey water flush systems, rain water collection for irrigation and geo-thermal heating and cooling systems.
